BIGBOOST TURBO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective Date: July 30, 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered, manufactured, distributed, or sold by BigBoost, LLC, doing business as BigBoost Turbo. References to “BigBoost Turbo,” “BigBoost,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean BigBoost, LLC.

By placing an order, submitting payment, accepting delivery, authorizing work, installing a product, or using a product purchased from BigBoost Turbo, the purchaser and end user acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Racing Competition Use Only

All BigBoost Turbo products are designed and intended exclusively for racing competition use.

Our products are not represented as legal for use on public streets or highways. Federal, state, and local laws may prohibit the removal, alteration, modification, or disabling of emissions-control or safety equipment on vehicles operated on public roads.

The purchaser is solely responsible for determining whether the purchase, installation, possession, or use of a product complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

The purchaser accepts all risks associated with installing and operating high-performance racing components.

2. Product Information and Pricing

Prices, specifications, availability, descriptions, photographs, estimated lead times, and other website content are subject to change without notice.

BigBoost Turbo is not responsible for typographical errors, pricing errors, incorrect descriptions, misprints, photographs, or omissions appearing on the website.

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct errors or inaccuracies.
  • Change pricing or specifications.
  • Modify or discontinue products.
  • Substitute components of equal or greater quality when necessary.
  • Cancel or modify an order affected by incorrect pricing, availability, or product information.

If an error affects an order, we may contact the purchaser to correct, modify, or cancel the affected portion.

3. Payment Terms

Unless different arrangements are approved in writing by BigBoost Turbo management, all orders must be paid in full before production, assembly, or shipment.

BigBoost Turbo may accept:

  • Approved credit and debit cards.
  • Cash.
  • Certified checks.
  • Bank checks.
  • Money orders.
  • Approved electronic or bank transfers.

Personal checks are not accepted. Company or business checks are accepted only with prior management approval.

Initial credit-card orders may be required to ship to the verified billing address associated with the card.

International orders may require payment by direct bank transfer. Verified Canadian PayPal transactions may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to a 3% service charge.

Any payment returned, rejected, reversed, or dishonored is subject to a $40 returned-payment fee. The customer is responsible for any legally recoverable collection expenses, court costs, and attorney fees associated with an unpaid balance.

4. Order Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be submitted to BigBoost Turbo as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and must be approved by BigBoost Turbo.

Approved cancellations are subject to the following fees:

  • An approved cancellation requested within the first 10 calendar days after the order is placed is subject to a 6% cancellation and processing fee.
  • An approved cancellation requested more than 10 calendar days after the order is placed is subject to a 10% cancellation and processing fee.

An order cannot be cancelled after it has shipped, been completed, entered final assembly, or otherwise become non-cancellable.

Shipping charges, payment-processing costs, special vendor charges, material costs, and other non-recoverable expenses may also be deducted when applicable.

5. Custom, Special-Order, and Made-to-Order Products

Custom, special-order, and made-to-order products may require a deposit of 50% to 100%, as determined by BigBoost Turbo.

A custom, special-order, or made-to-order product may only be cancelled within the first five calendar days after the order is placed. An approved cancellation during this period is subject to the applicable 6% cancellation and processing fee.

After five calendar days from order placement, all custom, special-order, and made-to-order products are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.

This policy includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom turbo systems.
  • Custom manifolds.
  • Custom fabrication.
  • Modified components.
  • Custom coatings or finishes.
  • Built assemblies.
  • Products manufactured specifically for the purchaser.
  • Products purchased from a supplier specifically for the purchaser.

Production and material purchasing may begin immediately after an order is placed.

Estimated lead times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays do not make a custom, special-order, or made-to-order product eligible for cancellation or refund.

6. Returns

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization, also referred to as an RMA, issued by BigBoost Turbo before the product is shipped back.

All eligible returns must be authorized, shipped, and received by BigBoost Turbo within 30 calendar days of the original invoice date.

Receiving an RMA does not guarantee that a return will be accepted. Final eligibility is determined after the returned product is inspected.

To qualify for return consideration, merchandise must be:

  • Unused.
  • Uninstalled.
  • Unmodified.
  • Undamaged.
  • Complete.
  • In new and resalable condition.
  • Returned with all original packaging, hardware, instructions, accessories, and components.

Eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping, insurance, packaging, duties, taxes, and other return-related expenses.

Freight-collect or cash-on-delivery returns will not be accepted.

Customers must package returned merchandise properly and retain tracking and delivery documentation. BigBoost Turbo is not responsible for damage or loss occurring during return transportation.

Approved merchandise returns are issued as BigBoost Turbo credit toward future purchases. Cash refunds are not authorized for returned merchandise unless required by applicable law or approved in writing by BigBoost Turbo management.

7. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Custom, special-order, and made-to-order products after the five-day cancellation period.
  • Custom fabrication and custom work.
  • Installed products.
  • Used products.
  • Modified products.
  • Damaged or incomplete products.
  • Products returned without original packaging or components.
  • Electronic merchandise.
  • Discontinued products.
  • Clearance products.
  • Blowout products.
  • Final-sale products.
  • Specially priced or quantity-discounted products.
  • Promotional products identified as non-returnable.

8. Return Authorization

Customers must contact BigBoost Turbo before returning any product.

The RMA number must be clearly associated with the return shipment. Packages received without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

The customer must not ship a return until BigBoost Turbo has provided return instructions and authorization.

9. Refused Shipments

Refusing delivery does not create an automatic right to a refund, exchange, or credit.

A refused shipment may be subject to:

  • A $35 refused-shipment fee.
  • Original shipping charges.
  • Return shipping charges.
  • Carrier charges.
  • Customs charges.
  • Brokerage fees.
  • Applicable restocking fees.
  • Other expenses incurred by BigBoost Turbo.

The customer’s account may be placed on hold until all applicable charges have been paid.

10. Shipping Terms

Unless otherwise stated, orders are shipped FOB Origin from BigBoost Turbo’s shipping location in Florida.

Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser when the shipment is accepted by the carrier, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Production, fulfillment, and shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier transit time begins only after the completed order has been accepted by the carrier.

Weekends, holidays, payment verification, identity verification, fraud review, supplier delays, manufacturing delays, weather, transportation interruptions, and other circumstances may affect fulfillment and delivery.

BigBoost Turbo is not responsible for carrier delays or delivery estimates provided by a shipping company.

11. Backorders and Partial Shipments

Backordered products will be fulfilled as inventory becomes available.

When an order contains both available and backordered products, BigBoost Turbo may hold the entire order until it can be shipped complete.

The customer may request a partial shipment. Additional shipping and handling charges may apply.

12. International Orders

International customers are responsible for all:

  • Import duties.
  • Customs fees.
  • Taxes.
  • Brokerage fees.
  • Government charges.
  • Local delivery charges.
  • Importation requirements.

These charges are not included in BigBoost Turbo’s shipping price unless expressly stated.

BigBoost Turbo will accurately declare the shipment contents and commercial value. We will not alter customs documents or declare a false value to reduce duties or taxes.

International shipments refused because of unpaid duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import requirements may be subject to return freight, customs charges, storage charges, and other deductions.

13. Lost, Damaged, or Incomplete Shipments

Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.

Visible shipping damage, shortages, missing components, or discrepancies should be reported immediately to BigBoost Turbo and the carrier.

Customers must retain:

  • The original shipping carton.
  • Internal packaging.
  • Labels.
  • Tracking information.
  • Damaged products.
  • Photographs and other evidence requested for the claim.

Damage or loss claims may need to be submitted directly to the shipping carrier.

BigBoost Turbo recommends purchasing sufficient shipping insurance because carrier liability may be limited.

Failure to retain packaging or provide requested documentation may result in denial of a shipping claim.

14. Drop Shipments

Approved drop shipments are subject to a $10 service fee in addition to normal shipping charges.

Any additional drop-shipment fee charged by the manufacturer, supplier, distributor, or vendor will also be charged to the customer.

15. Product Fitment and Selection

The purchaser is responsible for confirming that a product is appropriate for the purchaser’s:

  • Vehicle.
  • Chassis.
  • Engine generation.
  • Transmission.
  • Drivetrain.
  • Fuel system.
  • Power goal.
  • Intended racing application.
  • Supporting modifications.

BigBoost Turbo may provide product recommendations based on information supplied by the customer. The customer remains responsible for ensuring that the information provided is complete and accurate.

A recommendation does not guarantee compatibility with undisclosed modifications, unusual configurations, custom fabrication, or third-party products.

16. Installation and Tuning

All turbocharger, exhaust, fueling, electrical, mechanical, and high-performance components should be installed by a qualified professional familiar with the specific vehicle and application.

The purchaser and installer are responsible for confirming correct fitment, clearances, connections, supporting components, and installation before operating the vehicle.

Improper installation, incorrect fitment, inadequate supporting modifications, improper maintenance, or incorrect tuning can result in:

  • Product failure.
  • Engine failure.
  • Vehicle damage.
  • Fire.
  • Personal injury.
  • Property damage.
  • Unsafe operation.

An upgraded turbocharger system must not be operated under boost until an appropriate calibration has been installed and all required mechanical checks have been completed.

Modified racing vehicles may require frequent inspection, adjustment, maintenance, and component replacement.

17. Product Warranty

Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer.

Unless a written BigBoost Turbo product-specific warranty states otherwise, the applicable manufacturer warranty is the only warranty provided.

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage or failure caused by:

  • Improper installation.
  • Incorrect fitment.
  • Incorrect tuning or calibration.
  • Inadequate fueling.
  • Oil starvation or contamination.
  • Excessive exhaust gas temperature.
  • Overspeed.
  • Foreign-object damage.
  • Abuse or misuse.
  • Racing incidents.
  • Accidents or impacts.
  • Fire.
  • Crash damage.
  • Improper maintenance.
  • Inadequate supporting components.
  • Unauthorized modification.
  • Unauthorized disassembly or repair.
  • Continued operation after a problem becomes apparent.

BigBoost Turbo or the applicable manufacturer may require inspection, testing, photographs, logs, invoices, installation records, tuning records, or other documentation before determining warranty eligibility.

For an approved warranty claim, BigBoost Turbo may elect to repair, replace, provide company credit, or offer another remedy at its discretion, subject to the applicable product warranty.

BigBoost Turbo does not cover labor, diagnosis, product removal, product installation, shipping, towing, vehicle downtime, rental vehicles, lost use, or related expenses under warranty.

All such expenses remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

18. Core Charges and Core Returns

A core charge may be added when a rebuildable core is required and is not provided at the time of purchase.

Eligible cores must be received within 30 days of the applicable invoice unless different written terms are provided.

Returned cores must be complete and in rebuildable condition.

All cores are subject to inspection and testing. Core-credit eligibility and value are determined by BigBoost Turbo based on condition.

Approved core credit is applied toward future BigBoost Turbo purchases. Cash refunds are not authorized for core returns.

19. High-Performance Work and Custom Fabrication

No warranty is provided on high-performance work unless specifically stated in writing.

Custom fabrication and custom work are non-refundable.

High-performance modifications can cause or contribute to the failure of original vehicle components, aftermarket components, engines, transmissions, fuel systems, cooling systems, electrical systems, and other vehicle systems.

Modified vehicles may require increased inspection, adjustment, maintenance, and replacement of parts.

BigBoost Turbo is not responsible for rental vehicles, airfare, taxi charges, towing, transportation, lodging, loss of use, missed events, lost racing opportunities, or other expenses resulting from production or completion delays.

20. Completed Vehicles, Payment, and Storage

All outstanding balances must be paid before a vehicle, product, component, or completed work is released.

A storage charge of $15 per day may apply beginning on the third day after the customer is notified that the work or vehicle is complete.

If a vehicle is not collected and the balance remains unpaid for more than 30 days, BigBoost Turbo may pursue a mechanic’s lien and any other remedies available under Florida law.

Any lien, storage, sale, abandonment, or disposition process remains subject to applicable Florida statutes and legally required notices.

21. Vehicles Stored at BigBoost Turbo

BigBoost Turbo is not responsible for personal property or valuables left inside a vehicle.

Vehicles may be stored outdoors. Customers may provide a vehicle cover, and BigBoost Turbo will make reasonable efforts to use it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BigBoost Turbo is not responsible for damage caused by events outside its reasonable control, including:

  • Fire.
  • Theft.
  • Vandalism.
  • Weather.
  • Flooding.
  • Hail.
  • Animals.
  • Falling objects.
  • Natural disasters.

22. Vehicle Testing and Engine Break-In

When necessary, BigBoost Turbo may operate or test-drive a vehicle to diagnose concerns, verify performance, confirm repairs, or perform an engine break-in procedure.

The customer must provide valid vehicle registration and proof of liability insurance before on-road testing.

BigBoost Turbo is not responsible for unrelated mechanical or electrical failures occurring during authorized testing.

BigBoost Turbo is not responsible for problems that cannot be diagnosed because the customer declines or prevents an appropriate inspection or test drive.

23. Vehicle Abandonment

A vehicle may be considered abandoned when it has remained on BigBoost Turbo’s premises for more than 30 days, has an unpaid balance, and the owner has stopped responding to telephone, mail, and electronic communications.

BigBoost Turbo may provide written notice and an opportunity to resolve the outstanding balance. Storage charges of $20 per day may apply after formal notice.

BigBoost Turbo reserves the right to pursue lawful lien, possession, sale, or other remedies necessary to recover unpaid amounts.

All actions remain subject to applicable Florida lien, abandonment, notice, and disposition requirements.

24. Assumption of Risk

High-performance racing products and services may:

  • Reduce vehicle reliability.
  • Increase maintenance requirements.
  • Increase noise, vibration, and harshness.
  • Change drivability.
  • Void vehicle or component warranties.
  • Cause vehicle or component damage.
  • Create a risk of personal injury or property damage.

The purchaser accepts all risks associated with purchasing, installing, tuning, maintaining, and operating high-performance racing products.

25. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BigBoost Turbo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Loss of use.
  • Lost profits.
  • Lost business.
  • Lost racing opportunities.
  • Vehicle downtime.
  • Rental expenses.
  • Towing expenses.
  • Transportation expenses.
  • Lodging expenses.
  • Damage to other vehicle components.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

26. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and all transactions with BigBoost, LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent legally enforceable, any dispute shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal court located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

The purchaser consents to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

27. Changes to These Terms

BigBoost Turbo may revise these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

The version in effect on the date an order is placed generally applies to that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
