Supporting requirements vary by platform, turbo system and horsepower target. Fueling, cooling, intake, exhaust, engine, transmission and tuning requirements should be reviewed as part of the complete build rather than selecting a turbo by itself.

No. Build time is the period required to manufacture, assemble and prepare an order. Carrier transit time begins after the completed order ships. Tracking information is provided once the carrier receives the shipment.

Contact us immediately when an order needs to be changed. Custom-made and made-to-order items are not cancellable and are non-refundable after five days from the date the order was placed. Manufacturing, material purchasing and production planning may begin during that period.

Import duties, taxes and local fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Yes. Turbo systems involve exhaust, oil, coolant, boost-control and calibration components. Installation should be completed by a qualified technician familiar with modified high-performance vehicles and the specific BMW platform.

An upgraded turbo system requires calibration appropriate for the turbo, fuel, boost-control setup, engine configuration and supporting modifications. Do not operate the vehicle under boost until the correct calibration and mechanical checks have been completed.

Contact BigBoost Turbo before shipping anything back. Approved returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization. All returns must be completed within 30 days of product ship date. Custom-made and made-to-order items become non-cancellable and non-refundable after five days from order placement. Installed, used, damaged or otherwise ineligible products may not be accepted.

Warranty coverage applies only according to the terms provided for the eligible product. BigBoost Turbo does not cover labor, diagnosis, product removal, product installation or shipping costs under warranty. These expenses remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
